Our engineers will contact your customers within one hour of logging a call and individual service level agreements are available. Our team can log calls via your own service logging system or using our system.

Installation and Relocation

Our technical team can arrange for the safe transit of laboratory instrumentation and peripheral equipment.

Once the instrument has been transported to the new location, our engineers can reassemble the system ready for use or further set up by your organisation.

We are able to move single items and integrated multi-vendor laboratory systems.
