Full payment upon order must be received for the following:
Customers will be responsible for the provision of all consumable items required for acceptance testing. Factory testing items such as heads, tips, or micro plates,are not included within the sale. If the customer cannot, or does not provide suitable consumables, Flexible Lab Solutions will offer an industry accepted install test as proof of operational performance.
Flexible Lab Solutions will not accept any responsibility for failure to order the required consumables by the client, or delay by the supplier. Flexible Lab Solutions will clearly outline the required items and offer suitable purchasing routes.
Flexible Lab Solutions will package all instruments suitable for shipping to the delivery destination. Additional packaging costs brought about by a change of delivery or timescale will be chargeable. Shipping and handling fees will be chargeable where specified. Customers using their own shipping agents will be responsible for item insurance.
All equipment is covered by our 120 day warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranties do not extend to IT equipment, or faults resulting from customer supplied IT. All our equipment is tested to OEM specifications and comes supplied with operating software (unless specified). Additional software licenses from OEM may be required and will be clearly outlined prior to equipment sale.
Flexible Lab Solutions will arrange the collection of any equipment that does not operate as stated, or is not suitable for repair to the customer’s satisfaction. Exclusions apply for instrumentation that has been damaged due to improper operation, or contamination.
Orders cancelled subsequent to order will be subject to a minimum handling fee of 25% of order, plus 100% of any bespoke / purpose constructed items. The customer is entitled to retain these upon build.
